【摘要】 目的:探讨根尖倒充填术在根尖周炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选择无法应用常规的根管治疗或经其治疗效果不佳的根尖周炎患牙60颗,随机分为倒充填组和刮治组两组,每组30颗患牙,利用显微镜分别进行根尖倒充填术和根尖刮治术,通过术后X线光片判断即刻倒充填效果,并于术后1年和2年复查,根据临床检查、X线光片结果和患者的感受进行综合的疗效评价。结果:共回访53颗患牙。倒填充组1年和2年的成功率分别为81%(22/27)、85%(22/26);刮治组1年和2年的成功率分别为50%(13/26)、39%(9/23)。倒填充组1年及2年的成功率都高于刮治组(1年的成功率比较字2=5.8,P<0.05;2年的成功率比较字2=10.0,P<0.05)。结论:对于无法应用根管治疗术或疗效较差的根尖周炎患者,应用根尖倒填充术能取得良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of the retrograde filling in periapical periodontitis patients.Method:60 teeth with periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into filling group and curettage group two groups which were unable to use conventional root canal therapy or poor efficacy by its treatment,each group of 30 teeth,respectively treated by retrograde filling and periapical curettage with microscope,the postoperative X ray optical film could be judged immediately pour filling effect,and after 1 year,2 years follow-up,according to clinical examination,X ray results and patient’s feeling to evaluated the comprehensive effect.Result:A total of 53 teeth were follow up.Pour filling group of 1 year and 2 years of success rates were 81%(22/27), 85%(22/26);curettage group of 1 year and 2 years of successful rate were 50%(13/26),39%(9/23).Pour filling group of 1 years and 2 years of successful rate was higher than curettage group(1 years of successful rate of 字2=5.8,P<0.05;2 years of successful rate of 字2=10.0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of retrograde filling operation for unable to use conventional root canal therapy or poor efficacy of periapical periodontitis patients can achieve good result.更多还原
