【摘要】 目的:探讨非哺乳期积乳囊肿的诊断、治疗及预后。方法:回顾性分析1990年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的31例非哺乳期积乳囊肿患者的临床资料。结果:乳腺区段切除17例,乳腺肿块切除10例,象限切除4例,术后切口均愈合良好。结论:非哺乳期积乳囊肿诊断明确后应尽早手术治疗,术后充分引流是预防感染的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the treatment and diagnosis about acculating milk galactocele of nolactation.Method:The clinical data of 31 cases with acculating milk galactocele of nolactation in our hospital from Jan 1990 to Dec 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:17 cases had region resection,10 cases had the galactocele recetion,4 cases had the quadrant al resection.Conclusion:When the acculating milk galactocele of nolactation is clear and definite diagnosis, they should have the operation as early as possible.The sufficient drainage is the key to prevention of infection after the operation.更多还原
