【摘要】 跨学科研究机构是高校设立的创新性学术组织.由于缺乏严格的管理制度,跨学科研究机构的成立和数量增长都未能得到有效控制,表现不佳的机构占据有限的资源,在行政事务方面也存在重复设置、效率低下等问题.美国高校通过虚体中心借用资源、虚体实体相结合、共享基础支撑平台等模式,有效解决了跨学科研究机构的运行机制和资源配置等问题.借鉴这些创新模式,建议国内高校在跨学科研究机构的组织定位、决策机制、竞争淘汰、资源调配、支撑服务等方面加强管理,统筹安排,实施科学、规范、灵活的动态管理机制,实现其全面协调可持续发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Interdisciplinary research institutions are creative organizations in universities. For lacking of strict management system,establishing and quantity increasing of these institutions were not effectively controlled. Some underperforming institutions occupied limited resources; others were seen repeated positions and low efficiency in administrative items. Some American universities resolved these problems of operating mechanism and resource distribution by approaches such as virtual center borrowing resource,balancing between permanent and temporary research,supporting shared infrastructure. With these references,it suggests Chinese universities to enhance management on interdisciplinary research institutions,including organization establishment,decision-making mechanism,competition and elimination,resource distribution,and administrative service. Comprehensive concerted persistent development of interdisciplinary research institutions is expected with scientific,regular and flexible dynamic management mechanism.更多还原
