【摘要】 通过系统查阅古今文献的相关记载,对菰的来源、名称、功效进行考证,了解菰从谷物向蔬菜的演变历史,详细讲述菰的应用价值。阐明广东习用苇根与《中国药典》芦根(苇根)来源不同,并非一物。人为选择是菰从谷物向蔬菜的演变主要原因。菰的历史文化底蕴深厚,应用广泛,但国内研究现状薄弱,应大力开发菰的强大潜在价值,造福社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Textual research on ancient and modern literatures,the name,original plant and function of Zizania latifolia(Griseb.)Stapf were analyzed,introduced its history and application. The results showed that the origin of Guangdong Weigen(Z. latifolia)is different from the Lugen(Phragmites communis)recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Artificial selection is the main reason for the evolution of Z. latifolia from the grain to the vegetable. There is a profound history and culture of Z. latifolia,and wide application,however,there are very little records on domestic researches,the powerful potential value of Z. latifolia should be develop vigorously,and to benefit the society.更多还原
