【摘要】 目的测量上颌窦外侧壁的厚度,为上颌窦外提升术前提供参考数据。方法 60例螺旋CT资料(男女性各30例),在Mimics10.01软件测量。于上牙槽嵴顶上25mm处的横断面测量前后D1、D2、D3和D4上颌窦外侧壁厚度。结果D3>D2>D1>D4;在D1、D2、D3和D4处男性比女性厚,差异有统计学意义。结论越靠近颧牙槽嵴的上颌窦外侧壁越厚,男性比女性大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the thickness of lateral wall of maxillary sinus for providing reference data before maxillary sinus floor augmentation. Methods The Mimics10.01 software was used to observe the spiral CT image data from 60patients(males 30,females 30)undergone maxillary sinus floor augmentation.The thickness of lateral wall of maxillary sinus was measured at points D1,D2,D3 and D4,those were on a cross-section,which was 25 mm above the upper alveolar crest and parallel to the occlusal surface,and centered the ZAC line from front to back. Results The four point thickness ranged as:D3>D2>D1>D4.Males had thicker lateral wall of maxillary sinus at points D1,D2,D3 and D4,compared to males,the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The closer to the upper alveolar crest,the thicker the maxillary sinus lateral wall is.And males had thicker lateral wall of maxillary sinus than females.更多还原
