【Abstract】 In order to better investigate the life cycle of Physarum globuliferum,the phenomena of the spore germination events,the transformation of myxamoebae and swarm cell from each other,the movement of swarm cell in 5 s and sporulation from plasmodia. were observed and recorded under the microscope. Some parts of life cycle were timed. The third method of spore germination was proposed,and the unambiguous pictures were showed in this article.更多还原
