【摘要】 目的观察左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫肌瘤伴月经过多的临床效果。方法子宫肌瘤患者52例,于月经3-5d刮除大部分内膜后放置LNG-IUS。置器后第1、3、12个月随访,观察月经量、血红蛋白水平,B超测量子宫容积、瘤体积,记录置器后脱落率及不良反应的发生率。结果与置器前比较,置器后患者月经量减少、血红蛋白水平升高、子宫容积缩小(P<0.05);但子宫肌瘤体积无明显变化。结论宫腔放置LNG-IUS能有效减少患者月经量,改善贫血症状,缩小子宫容积,减少不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical outcomes of the levonorgestrel-intrauterine releasing system(LNG-IUS)in treating uterine fibroids with menorrhagia.Methods The LNG-IUS was placed into the uterine of 52patients with uterine fibroids in 3-5days of menstruation after scrapping the endometrium.The changes of menstrual blood volume,hemoglobin levels,uterine volume and myoma volume were measured in the 1st,3rd and 12th month after LNG-IUS putting.The expulsion rate and adverse events were recorded as well.Results Compared to before,the menstrual blood volume was reduced,hemoglobin level elevated and the uterus volume decreased after the 1st month(P<0.05),but the volume of uterus fibroid was not changed significantly.Conclusion The LNG-IUS placement can effectively reduce the menstrual blood volume,raise hemoglobin level and reduce the uterus volume with little adverse events in the patients with uterine fibroids and menorrhagia.更多还原
