三种半花菁荧光染料的染色性能

【摘要】 采用半花菁荧光染料DYE-BD、DYE-KL和DYE-YD,分别对腈纶织物进行染色,测定其升温上染速率曲线、提升性能、色牢度、反射率和荧光强度。结果表明:腈纶染色温度达到80℃后,上染率大大加快,需严格控制升温速率;染色腈纶的提升性能与染料结构有关;染色腈纶的日晒牢度与染料发色体系的电子云密度有关;随着染料用量的增加,染色腈纶的最大反射率先增大后减小,故应选择适当的染料用量;染后腈纶的荧光发射强度与染料结构的电子供-吸协同作用有关。

【Abstract】 Dyeing of acrylic fabric is carried out with three phthalocyanine dyes DYE-BD,DYE-KL and DYE-YD. Dyeing rate,building-up performance,color fastness,reflectance and fluorescence intensity of fabrics are tested. The results show that the dyeing rate of acrylic fabric increases quickly when the dyeing temperature reaches 80 ℃,thus the heating-up rate should be controlled strictly. The building-up performance of acrylic dyeings is related to the structure of dyes. The light fastness of acrylic dyeings is associated with the electronic cloud density of chromogenic system. The maximum reflectance of acrylic fabric increases first and then decreases with the increasing of dyes concentration. The fluorescence emission strength of acrylic dyeings is related to the synergism.
