【摘要】 采用烘箱保温法改进纯棉针织物的活性染料冷堆小样仿色工艺,探讨了混合碱剂比例、反应温度、保温时间等因素对冷堆染色工艺的影响。优化的烘箱保温法工艺为:以烧碱与硅酸钠作混合碱剂[混合比例(1∶5)],保温温度70~80℃,保温时间12~15 min。结果表明,小样仿色织物的表面得色量与同处方冷堆12 h工艺相近,可大大缩短小样仿色时间,提高仿色效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improvement of sampling method of cold pad-batch dyeing of cotton knits is carried out with"dwelling at oven". The influences of mixed alkali ratio,dwelling temperature and time on dyeing results are discussed. The optimum sampling process is: mixed alkali with caustic soda and sodium silicate of 1 ∶ 5,and dwelling at 70 ~ 80 ℃ for 12 ~ 15 min. The results show that the sample has the same color yield as the bulk trails after cold-batching for 12 h. This sampling method can shorten the processing time and improve the efficiency.更多还原
