老鹰茶的化学成分研究
Chemical constituents from Litsea Coreana L.
【摘要】 目的研究老鹰茶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20及制备型HPLC等色谱方法分离化合物,利用NMR、MS波谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果从老鹰茶70%乙醇回流提取物的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为儿茶素(1)、表儿茶素(2)、菜豆酸(3)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(4)、松属素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、香树素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(6)、2,4,6-三羟基苯丁酮-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、腺苷(8)、(+)-异落叶松脂醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论化合物3~9为首次从樟科木姜子属植物中分离得到,1、2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents in Litsea Coreana L. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies as well as HPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results The compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol fractions of ethanol extract and identified as Catechin( 1),Epicatechin( 2), Phaseic acid( 3),Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinose( 4),Pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 5),Aromadedrin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside( 6),2,4,6-trihydroxybutyrophenone-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 7),adenoside( 8),( +)-isolariciresinal-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 9),respectively. Conclusion Compounds 3 ~9 are firstly isolated from Litsea Lam. genus,and compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
