【摘要】 目的对1株环境涂抹样中分离出的沙门菌进行研究。方法对待检沙门菌进行生化鉴定、血清学分型及药敏试验。结果该菌生化反应符合沙门菌生化特征,其抗原式为6,7:Z29:-;药敏试验显示对所用抗生素均敏感。结论待检菌鉴定为田纳西沙门菌,为成都市首次检出该菌,提示在今后工作中应对不常见血清型的沙门氏菌给予更多关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study a strain of Salmonella isolated from environmental smear. Methods Biochemical identification,serological typing and drug sensitive test were all carried out for analyzing. Results Biochemical reaction of this strain was accord with Salmonella. The antigenic formulas was 6,7: Z29:-. The drug sensitive test showed it is sensitive to all antibiotics. Conclusion This Tennessee Salmonella is detected for the first time in Chengdu and more attention should be paid in uncommon serotype of Salmonella.更多还原
