【摘要】 为明确区域环境对烤烟烟叶香气影响,分别在昆明、厦门、哈尔滨、兰州等4个区域环境差异较大的城市,对8个典型的浓香型、清香型和中间香型烤烟烟叶香韵种类及强度进行了感官评价与分析。结果表明,在4个不同的区域环境条件下,同一产地烤烟烟叶的主体香韵种类相对一致,香韵强度无显著差异,烟叶香气风格整体呈现出较好稳定性,但一些个性香韵种类及强度在不同区域存在明显差异,波动较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of regional environment on the aroma of flue-cured tobacco, the aroma note type and intensity of flue-cured tobacco leaves of robust, fresh and medium flavor styles collected from 8typical tobacco growing areas were sensory evaluated at Kunming, Xiamen, Harbin and Lanzhou, where local environment differed greatly. The results showed that under different environmental conditions of the 4 cities,for the tobacco from the same area, the dominant aroma note type was relatively consistent, the aroma intensity was not significantly different, and the aroma style was stable in general; while several individual aroma note types and intensity varied greatly between regions.更多还原
