新型精密电解铝控制系统的研究

【摘要】 为解决工业电解铝生产存在的缺陷,提出了一种新型的电解铝制备方法——精密控制的电解铝生产。阐述了精密控制电解铝的多阳极管理理念,设计出多阳极电解铝控制系统。采用精密控制电解铝生产,可以使多阳极电流、能量均衡分布,表现出节能减排的特点。电解铝生产愈来愈有大型化的趋势,而精密控制电解铝生产是大型、超大型电解铝企业的最佳选择。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of electrolytic aluminum industry production status and defects,we put forward a kind of new electrolytic aluminum method- precision control of electrolytic aluminum production to solve these defects. This paper mainly describes the precision control of the aluminum electrolysis multi- anode management idea,and design a multi- anode aluminum electrolysis control system is developed. Using the precision control of the aluminum electrolysis production,we can make a balanced distribution of multi- anode current and energy to show the characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction. The aluminum electrolysis control model has a more and more large- scale trend. The precision control of the aluminum electrolysis production is the best choice for large and super large electrolytic aluminum production.
