【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽癌细胞株中FOXC1 mRNA的表达及其意义。方法体外培养永生化人鼻咽上皮细胞株NP69,低转移鼻咽癌细胞株6-10B及高转移鼻咽癌细胞株5-8F。通过反转录PCR(reverse transcription PCR,RT-PCR)法检测FOXC1在RNA水平的表达情况。结果 FOXC1 mRNA在NP69细胞中表达最低,鼻咽癌细胞株中5-8F高于6-10B。对三组细胞表达情况进行两两比较,发现5-8F和6-10B细胞的FOXC1 mRNA表达水平与NP69细胞相比均显著升高,有统计学意义(P5-8f,NP69<0.01,P6-10B,NP69<0.01)。鼻咽癌细胞株中,FOXC1在5-8F细胞中的表达高于在6-10B细胞中的表达(P<0.01)。结论 FOXC1 mRNA在鼻咽癌细胞株中高表达,其可能参与了鼻咽癌的发生及发展过程。鼻咽癌细胞株中,FOXC1在6-10B中的表达低于5-8F,可能与鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移有关,有潜力成为鼻咽癌治疗的一个新的靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the expression of FOXC1 mRNA in human NPC cell lines. 【Methods】Nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line NP69, nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines 5-8F and 6-10 B were treated respectively. We adopted RT-PCR assay to investigate the expression of FOXC1 in different cell lines. 【Results】The FOXC1 mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines 5-8 F and 6-l0 B were significantly higher than that in the nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line NP69(P5-8f,NP69<0.01,P6-10 B,NP69<0.01). The FOXC1 mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines 5-8F were higher than that in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line 6-l0B(P<0. 01). 【Conclusion】FOXC1 may be involved in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
