【摘要】 目的探究儿童丘疹性荨麻疹应用西替利嗪联合地奈德治疗的疗效观察。方法选择2011年10月-2013年10月常平医院收治的儿童丘疹性荨麻疹84例,按照随机数字表法均分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予地奈德进行治疗,研究组给予西替利嗪联合地奈德进行治疗,分析两组治疗后的疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果研究组治疗后的显效率(95.24%)高于对照组(76.19%),且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均出现呕吐、恶心和头晕等不良反应,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),同时,研究组复发情况(2.38%)低于对照组(19.05%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对丘疹性荨麻疹患儿予西替利嗪联合地奈德治疗,能明显提升患者疗效,且不会增加不良反应,具有一定临床研究和应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】Children explore the efficacy of the application papular urticaria cetirizine combined budesonide therapy. 【Methods】 Information is selected from October 2011 to October 2013 papular urticaria in children’s hospital for treatment of 84 cases, in accordance with the method of random number table divided into two groups, the study group and the control group, 42 cases in each group, the control group received budesonide treatment, study group was given cetirizine combined budesonide treatment, and record and analyze two groups of patients after treatment efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence.【Results】Significant efficiency study group after treatment(95.24%) higher(76.19%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); and both were vomiting, nausea, and dizziness and other adverse reactions, more no significant difference(P>0.05), while the case study group relapse(2.38%) than the control group(19.05%), significant differences statistically significant possessed of(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Children of papular urticaria to cetirizine combined budesonide, can significantly enhance patient outcomes without increasing adverse reactions, with some clinical research and application.更多还原
