【摘要】 [目的]分析脂肪细胞因子与不同代谢指标的关系.[方法]采用简单随机和整群抽样方法抽取延边农村地区常住居民7 856人作为研究对象,测量体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),并采集清晨空腹(禁食12h)静脉血,检测三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(Fins)、脂联素、瘦素及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平.[结果]调整性别、民族及年龄的偏相关分析结果显示,瘦素水平和TNF-α与WC,BMI,TG,SBP,DBP,FBG及Fins均呈显著正相关,瘦素相关系数分别为0.404,0.520,0.124,0.135,0.159,0.052及0.127(P<0.05),TNF-α相关系数分别为0.900,0.686,0.226,0.230,0.269,0.132及0.218(P<0.01);脂联素水平与WC,BMI,TG,SBP,DBP及Fins呈显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.237,-0.279,-0.086,-0.039,-0.063及-0.089(P<0.05).[结论]瘦素及TNF-α与不同代谢指标呈正相关关系,脂联素与不同代谢指标呈负相关关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between adipocytokines and different metabolic indexes.METHODS A total of 7 836 permanent residents in Yanbian rural area were selected by a simple random and cluster sampling method.Body mess index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and distolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured,and it was detected from venous blood after 12 hour fasting that the content of blood glucose(FBG),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),insulin,adiponectin,leptin and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α).RESULTSThe partial correlate analysis after adjustment for sex,race,age showed that the leptin had significantly positive correlation with the level of WC(0.404),BMI(0.520),TG(0.124),SBP(0.135),DBP(0.159),FBG(0.052)and insulin(0.127)(P<0.05),and TNF-αhad significantly positive correlation with the level of WC(0.900),BMI(0.686),TG(0.226),SBP(0.230),DBP(0.269),FBG(0.132)and FIns(0.218)(P<0.01),and the adiponectin had significantly negative correlation with the level of WC(-0.237),BMI(-0.279),TG(-0.086),SBP(-0.039),DBP(-0.063)and insulin(-0.089)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Leptin and TNF-αare positive correlation with the different metabolic indexes,and adiponctin is negative correlation with the different metabolic indexes.更多还原
