【摘要】 目的探讨分析循证护理对于癫痫患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月来我院接受治疗的癫痫患儿62例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组31人,对两组患儿采取相同的常规治疗与护理干预,但对观察组进行常规治疗及护理的基础上实施具有针对性的循证护理干预,观察两组患者在治疗与护理前后的依从性。结果治疗后观察组的治疗依从性为96.77%,明显高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患儿实施具有针对性的循证护理能够提高患者的治疗依从性,对于患者的治疗具有积极有效的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on treatment compliance of epileptic children.Methods 62 cases of children with epilepsy treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy and nursing interventions, patients in the observation group were given targeted evidence-based nursing interventions on the basis of the control group. The compliance before and after the treatment were observed and compared. Results After the treatment, the compliance of the observation group was 96.77%, obviously higher than 74.19% of the control group, with statistical significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusions The application of targeted evidence-based nursing intervention on children with epilepsy can improve patients’ treatment compliance, which has positive and effective significance on patients’ therapy.更多还原
