【摘要】 目的探讨我院自制伤科黄水纱冷湿敷治疗静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将2011年2月至2013年2月我科静滴甘露醇发生静脉炎Ⅱ级以上患者90例作为研究对象,分实验组及对照组各45例,实验组给予我院自制剂伤科黄水纱进行冷湿敷干预,对照组给予50%硫酸镁纱湿敷,根据疗效评价标准及症状缓解情况评定治疗疗效。结果实验组患者疼痛缓解时间和红肿消退时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用伤科黄水纱冷湿敷治疗甘露醇所致静脉炎红肿消退早,疼痛缓解快,治疗疗效优于使用50%硫酸镁湿敷,可以确保临床静脉输液的顺利进行,提高输液安全,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of cold compress by yellow-water gauze in treatment of phlebitis caused by mannitol. Methods 90 cases of patients with phlebitis caused by mannitol treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as objects and randomly divided into the experimental group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases).The experimental group was given yellow-water gauze by cold compress, the control group was given 50% magnesium by cold compress. The treatment effect was evaluated according to evaluation standard criteria and symptom remission. Results The relief time of pain and the disappearing time of swelling of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusions The yellow-water gauze has better effect than 50% magnesium in treating phlebitis caused by mannitol with early disappearance of swelling and quick relief of pain, which ensures smooth intravenous infusion, improves the safety of infusion,and deserves promotion and application.更多还原
