【摘要】 目的探讨穴位按摩在肿瘤患者铂类药物化疗期间预防便秘的应用及效果。方法选择2013年8月至2014年4月我科行化疗的60例肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采取传统的护理方法,治疗组采取传统护理加腹部按摩穴位中脘穴、天枢穴、关元穴、气海穴。比较两组干预前后的排便次数。结果护理干预后,治疗组有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的43.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤患者化疗期间采取穴位按摩能有效地预防便秘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effect of abdominal massage in the prevention of constipation of tumor patients during chemotherapy period. Methods 60 cases of tumor patients treated with chemotherapy in our department from August 2013 to April2014 were selected in this study. All cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while patients in the treatment group were given abdominal massage(Zhongwan acupuncture point, Tianshu acupuncture point, Guanyuan acupuncture point, Qihai acupuncture point) combined with routine nursing care. The frequency of defecation before and after the intervention was observed and compared between two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%, significantly higher than 43.3% of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusions Abdominal massage for tumor patients with chemotherapy can effectively prevent constipation.更多还原
