【摘要】 目的研究益气养阴法治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察。方法选择我院2012年12月至2014年3月收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴法治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为77.50%(31/40),显著高于对照组的50.00%(20/40),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为72.50%(29/40),显著高于对照组的47.5%(19/40),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益气养阴法治疗冠心病疗效显著,患者没有不良反应,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin method for the treatment of patients with angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to March 2014 were selected in this study and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given basic treatment, while patients in the treatment group were given Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin method for treatment on the basis of basic treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndromes efficacy of treatment group was 77.50%(31/40), significantly higher than 50.00%(20/40) of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total effective rate of ECG efficacy of treatment group was 72.50%(29/40), significantly higher than 47.5%(19/40) of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusions Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin method has significant effect for the treatment of patients with angina pectoris, and has no adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
