【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变诊断中的价值。方法对105例2型糖尿病患者与48例正常对照组进行下肢动脉彩色超声检查,观察其内膜-中层厚度(MT)、粥样硬化斑块、管腔狭窄情况及血流动力学变化。结果糖尿病组MT增厚,斑块与狭窄的发生率高于正常对照组(P<0.01);2型糖尿病患者,病程10年以上者MT增厚与狭窄的发生率高于病程10年以下者(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查有利于2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的早期诊断,定期观察可以判断其动脉硬化的进展情况和治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound(CDU) in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods 105 patients with T2DM(T2DM group) and 48 cases of healthy people(control group) were selected as research objects. Color Doppler ultrasound examination for veins of lower extremity was used in all cases to observe the intima-media thickness(MT), atherosclerotic plaque, luminal stenosis and hemodynamics. Results The incidence of MT thickening, plaque and stenosis of T2 DM group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01). The incidence of MT thickening and stenosis in T2 DM patients with disease course of more than 10 years was significantly higher than that of T2 DM patients with disease course of less than 10 years(P <0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound examination is beneficial to early diagnosis of lower extremity arterial diseases in patients with T2 DM. Periodic observation by Color Doppler ultrasound is useful to monitoring the progress of arteriosclerosis and treatment effect.更多还原
