【摘要】 目的比较不同年龄段骨科患者的心理疏导需求情况。方法选取2010年12月至2013年2月于本院进行治疗的96例骨科患者为研究对象,将96例患者中不同年龄段者的汉密尔顿评量表及自评心理疏导需求程度评估结果进行比较。结果年龄≥75岁及≤20岁者汉密尔顿评量表阳性率均高于其他年龄段的患者,而年龄≥60岁及≤20岁者的自我评估心理疏导需求程度高于其他年龄段的患者,均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论不同年龄段骨科患者心理状态差异较大,患者的心理疏导需求程度之间的差异也较明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the situation of psychological counseling demand of orthopedic patients with different ages.Methods 96 orthopedic patients with different ages treated in our hospital from December 2010 to February 2013 were selected as research objects,the Hamilton rating scale and the evaluation results of self-rating psychological counseling demand were compared.Results The positive rates of Hamilton rating scale of patients older than 75 years and younger than 20 years were all higher than those of other ages,self-rating psychological counseling demands of patients older than 60 years and younger than 20 years were all higher than those of other ages;all the difference was statistically significant(all P <0.05).Conclusions The psychological condition of orthopedic patients in different ages has obvious differences,and the differences of psychological counseling demand also are obvious.更多还原
