【摘要】 目的探讨CA125、CA199与HE4联合检测对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法联合检测30例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者、43例盆腔良性包块患者和30例健康体检对照者血清CA125、CA199和HE4水平。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清CA125、CA199和HE4水平显著高于健康妇女组(P<0.05);卵巢恶性肿瘤组血清CA125和HE4水平高于盆腔良性包块组(P<0.05),但两组血清CA199水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);盆腔良性包块患者血清CA125和CA199水平高于健康妇女组(P<0.05),但两组血清HE4水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合检测CA125、CA199与HE4显著提高卵巢恶性肿瘤检出率,对卵巢恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有着重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of CA125,CA199 and HE4 for patients with malignant ovarian tumors.Methods Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the levels of CA125,CA199 and HE4 in 30 cases of malignant ovarian tumors,43 cases of pelvic benign tumors and 30 healthy controls.Results The levels of CA125,CA199 and HE4 of malignant ovarian tumors were significantly higher than those of heathy controls(P <0.05).The levels of CA125 and HE4 of patients with malignant ovarian tumor were significantly higher than those with pelvic benign tumors(P <0.05),while the CA199 level had no statistical significance(P >0.05).The levels of CA125 and CA199 of pelvic benign tumor were significantly higher than those of healthy controls(P <0.05),but the HE4 level had no statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of CA125,CA199 and HE4 can significantly improve the detection rate of malignant ovarian tumors,which has great significance in the differential diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors.更多还原
