【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠38周以后利用乳头刺激联合心理辅导降低过期妊娠发生率的临床护理效果。方法将妊娠周数≥38周,<42周的孕妇346例分为对照组(常规产检组)170例和观察组(乳头刺激联合心理辅导)176例。比较两组患者的过期妊娠率、剖宫产率、产后出血发生率以及新生儿窒息等并发症的发生率。结果观察组的过期妊娠率、剖宫产率、产后出血发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01);新生儿窒息、新生儿HIE、新生儿颅内出血并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠38周以后利用乳头刺激联合心理辅导降低过期妊娠以及其相关的并发症是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of nipple stimulation combined with psychological counseling on reducing the incidence of prolonged pregnancy in pregnant women after 38 weeks. Methods 346 pregnant woman whose gestational age ≥38 weeks and <42 weeks were divided into control group of 170 cases(routine prenatal group) and observation group of 176 cases(nipple stimulation combined with psychological counseling). The rate of prolonged pregnancy,cesarean section,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia incidence of complications in both groups were compared. Results The rate of prolonged pregnancy,cesarean section,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group were lower than those in control group(P <0.05);the occurrence of complications such as asphyxia,neonatal HIE,neonatal intracranial bleeding were less than that in control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Nipple stimulation combined with psychological counseling is effective in reducing the incidence of prolonged pregnancy and associated complications in pregnant women after 38 weeks.更多还原
