基于LabVIEW和PAC平台的气动比例位置控制系统分析

【摘要】 文中阐述了气动比例阀控制的摆动气缸位置伺服系统的工作原理和组成。采用"LabVIEW+PAC"平台构建控制系统,在气动比例阀的特性测试的基础上完成了摆动气缸的伺服定位,并且能够实时显示控制过程变量。试验验证该系统运行良好,能高效、可靠地进行数据采集和控制。

【Abstract】 The principle and structure of the rotary cylinder position control system controlled by the proportional valve were discussed in the paper. Using "LabVIEW + PAC"as the control platform,the characteristics of the pneumatic proportional value were tested and the position control of the rotary cylinder was achieved with the controlled variables displayed in real-time. The experiment shows that the system runs well and data acquisition and process control can be completed efficiently and reliably.
