便携式快速热分析仪的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Portable Rapid Thermal Analyzer
【摘要】 提出了一种基于MC9S12XS128微控制器的便携式快速热分析仪设计方案;硬件部分采用AD595组成了热电偶信号放大、冷端补偿和故障报警的调理电路,并采用高精度14位AD7367实现了数据采集;软件部分提供了基于定时器事件驱动状态机转移的测试流程,并提出了拐点与平台特征值相结合确定TL、TS的算法;最后通过实例,验证了系统完全能满足铸铁炉前快速成分分析的需要。
【Abstract】 This paper presented a design for a portable rapid thermal analyzer based on MC9S12XS128 microcontroller. The thermal analyzer employd an adjustment circuit using the AD595 to achieve thermocouple signal amplification,cold injection compensation,and fault alarm. A high-precision 14-bit AD7367 was utilized for data acquisition. The testing procedure was based on state machine transitions driven by timer events. An algorithm based on the inflection point and /or platform eigenvalue was given to detect the TL and TS. Case studies were performed to demonstrate that the proposed thermal analyzer can be effectively used for rapid component analysis.
