基于模糊神经网络的压力传感器零点漂移补偿法
Zero Drift Compensation Method of Pressure Sensor Based on Fuzzy Neural Network
【摘要】 针对中低精度压阻式压力传感器输出的零点漂移问题,提出了基于模糊神经网络的零点漂移补偿法。模糊神经网络具有强大的非线性映射能力和较快的收敛速度,能有效减少压力传感器的零点输出。仿真结果表明,该方法学习速度快、精度高,能有效降低压力传感器的零点漂移,从而使该类型压阻式压力传感器能够应用于中高精度系统中。
【Abstract】 In the view of temperature drift of piezoresistive pressure sensor,the zero drift compensation method of pressure sensor based on fuzzy neural network is proposed. This method is very functional in non-linear mapping and has an ability of fast convergence speed. It could reduce the zero error of pressure sensor. It is proved by the experiment that this method learns fast with high accuracy,and could reduce the pressure sensor zero temperature output error,so it could apply this type of piezoresistive pressure sensor to media-high accuracy system.
