【摘要】 为了能够对电传动矿车动力系统的运行状态进行实时监控,提出了一种基于ARM32位单片机的电传动矿车非电量在线测量方法。该方法可以实时精确地测量电传动矿车动力系统中电机转速、转矩,电机冷却水的温度、流量和压力等参数,经过数据处理后通过CAN总线远程传输到任何具备CAN接口的设备,从而实现在线测量。文中将该方法测量结果同市场上的主流测量设备进行对比,测量相对误差控制在0.4%以内,具有体积小、精度高的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at monitoring the running status of power system of electric drive mine car in real- time,this paper proposed the online measuring method about non electrical quantity in power system of electric drive mine car by using a microcontroller based on ARM32. This method could measure lots of parameters such as the motor speed and torque,the temperature,flow rate and pressure of cooling water,after dealing with the data it would be transmated through a CAN bus to anyone with CAN interface devices,inorder to realize online measurement. This paper compared the results of this method with the results of mainstream measuring equipment. The relative error is less than 0. 4%. It has the advantage of small volume and high precision.更多还原
