延边地区茵陈蒿叶中微量元素的研究
Research of trace elements in leaves of Artemisia capillaries Thunb from Yanbian region
【摘要】 为考察延边地区茵陈蒿叶中微量元素的分布状况,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了25个采样点茵陈蒿叶中Cr、Fe、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Cd、Sb、Pb元素的含量.结果表明:在各采样点都检测出Cr、Fe、Zn、Cd,而Cu、As、Se、Sb、Pb在有的采样点处未能检测到,且各元素的含量差异较大(Fe和Zn的含量较高),这可能与采样点的气候、地质、水质、土壤、植物群落等因素有关.
【Abstract】 To investigate the distribution of trace elements in leaves of Artemisia capillaries Thunb from Yanbian region,the content of Cr,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Cd,Sb and Pb is determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)in 25 sampling point.Cr,Fe,Zn,Cd is detected in 25 sampling point.Cu,As,Se,Sb,Pb is not detected in some of the sampling point,and the differences of element content is apparent(the content of Fe,Zn is higher than Cr,As,Cu,Se,Cd,Sb and Pb),this is attributed to factor of the sampling point,such as,climate,geology,water quality,soil,plant community,etc.
