环境雌激素双酚A对花背蟾蜍血清蛋白的影响
The influence of environmental estrin bisphenol A on bufo raddei serum albumin
【摘要】 目的研究花背蟾蜍腹腔注射不同剂量BPA对血清蛋白的影响。方法实验分组饲养,对照组注射花生油,实验组每天注射不同浓度BPA溶液,分低剂量组(50μmol/l),中剂量组(100μmol/l),高剂量组(150μmol/l),第7 d进行解剖,心脏取血,离心取上清液,醋酸纤维薄膜电泳,测定泳动度,紫外可见分光光度计752N 620 nm处测OD值,计算其相对含量。结果表明不同剂量的BPA对蟾蜍血清蛋白有影响,各实验组电泳图谱中不同蛋白的含量差异显著。实验组中随BPA剂量的增大,中、高剂量组减少γ-球蛋白条带,各蛋白条带之间的分界不明显。结论 BPA对蟾蜍血清中的γ-球蛋白有明显影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of different density of bisphenol A on serum albumin of bufo raddei strauch. Method The method included to divide the grown- up male bufo raddei strauch into the control group and the experimental group( 50 μmol /L,100 μmol /L,150 μmol /L),to inject bisphenol A to the bufo raddei strauch at the same time every day,then,dissect,get blood from the heart,get the liquid,fibers film electrophoresis,measure the electron mobility degree. At 752N 620nm,the OD value can be measured by using ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results Different amounts of bisphenol A have effect on the bufo raddei serum albumin. The specific band reduces along with the increase of the density of bisphenol A,but the boundary of the belt is not very obvious. Conclusion Different density of bisphenol A can cause changes of γ- globulin.
