【摘要】 目的比较改良胆肠Warren吻合术较胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合术的优越性。方法 2004-05~2013-10在本院外科住院的202例患者,其中胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合术病例123例,改良胆肠Warren吻合术病例79例,观察患者术后胆道感染的发生率和再手术率。结果术后随访180例,随访率89.1%;随访时间3~70月,平均35.6±19.3月。胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合术后胆道感染率11.1%,再手术率5.6%;改良胆肠Warren吻合术后胆道感染率5.6%,再手术率1.4%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良胆肠Warren吻合术术后的胆道感染率较胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合术明显减少,且手术操作简便、省时,术后并发症少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the superiority of improved biliary- enteric Warren anastomosis and bilioenteric Roux- en- Y anastomosis. Methods 202 cases of patients in surgical of our hospital were selected from May 2004 to October 2013,123 cases of patients were treated with biliary- enteric Roux- en- Y anastomosis,79 cases of patients were treated with improved biliary- enteric Warren anastomosis,the incidence of postoperative biliary tract infection and the rate of reoperation were observed. Results 180 cases were followed- up and the rate was 89. 1%; the followed- up time was 3 to 70 months and the average of months was 35. 6 ± 19. 3. Conclusion The postoperative infection of biliary using improved biliary- enteric Warren anastomosis is significantly reduced compared with biliary- enteric Roux- en- Y anastomosis,and the opration is simple,saving time and has fewer complications,it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
