【摘要】 目的探讨3种补铁制剂治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的成本-效果。方法采用前瞻性随机对照开放临床试验方法,120例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者随机分入3个治疗组,分别给予多糖铁复合物胶囊(A组,150 mg,bid,Po),琥珀酸亚铁片(B组,200 mg,tid,Po),复方胚肝铁胺片(C组,3片,tid,Po)治疗8周,观察3组疗效,运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果 3组有效率分别为87.14%、81.57%、77.78%,3组治疗成本分别为520.96元、513.91元、493.36元。3组的成本效果比分别为597.84、629.96、634.32。结论多糖铁复合物胶囊是治疗妊娠期贫血最佳药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cost-effectiveness of 3 iron agents in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia( IDA). Methods Through prospective,randomized,controlled,open-label clinical trial,120 pregnant women with IDA were enrolled, randomly divided into 3 treatment groups. Patients of 3 groups were given iron polysaccharide complex capsules( group A,150 mg,bid,Po),ferrous succinate tablets( group B,200 mg,tid,Po),compound ocofoeti tablets( group C,3 tablets,tid,Po) for 8 weeks,respectively. The data were evaluated with costeffectiveness analysis. Results The total effective rates were 87. 14%,81. 57%,77. 78%,respectively,the costs of 3groups were 520. 96,513. 91,493. 36 yuan,respectively. The cost-effectiveness ratios were 597. 84,629. 96,634. 32,respectively. Conclusion Iron polysaccharide complex capsules is considered to be the best drug among the 3 iron agents.更多还原
