黄芪对小鼠利尿作用机制及其物质基础的研究

【摘要】 目的研究黄芪对小鼠的利尿作用机制,筛选黄芪利尿作用的有效组分。方法采用小鼠代谢笼法,测定盐水负荷的小鼠给药4 h尿量,并测定尿液离子及血液和肾脏Na+-K+-ATP酶的活力。结果与空白组相比,黄芪水提液,乙酸乙酯组分和正丁醇组分均对小鼠有显著地利尿作用(P<0.05),对动物尿中Na+、Cl-排出量也显著升高(P<0.05);乙酸乙酯组分和正丁醇组分组Na+-K+-ATP酶的活力较空白组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论黄芪具有利尿作用,它的利尿物质基础应该为乙酸乙酯组分和正丁醇组分。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diuretic mechanism of astragalus in mice,and screen the effective components of diuretic effect of astragalus. Methods Mice metabolic cages act was used to measure the determination of 4 h urine of saline loaded mice. The urine ions were measured,and blood plasma and kidney Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity were also measured. Results Compared with the control group,Astragalus water extract,ethyl acetate and n-butanol components were the effective components of diuretic effect of the mice( P < 0. 05). Na+,Cl-excretion of the urine were also significantly increased(P < 0. 05). The ethyl acetate and n-butanol group’s Na+-K+-ATP were significantly reduced compared with those of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Astragalus has diuretic effect. The ethyl acetate and n-butanol component were the basis diuretic substance.
