【摘要】 该研究的目的在于考察不同录取方式下(普通高考录取、自主招生录取、保送录取),学生的主观匹配度的差异,以及主观匹配度对个体的态度(学术满意度)和行为(组织公民行为)的影响。研究发现,不同录取方式下的学生的主观匹配度的确存在差异,这种差异与信息的完备程度存在着关联。结果分析显示,高校加强特色办学,让学生有明确的标准判定自己是否适合该高校/院系,同时高校在录取过程中对学生从匹配的角度进行适当的筛选,有助于学生与高校两者的适配与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigated the relationship between students admitted from different admission procedures and their perceived-fit(PF), and how PF impacted students ’academic satisfaction(AS) and organizational-citizenship behavior(OCB). It turned out that there were significant differences in PF for students from different admission procedures, which may relate to the possession of knowledge about college life and themselves. PF also had significant impact on AS and OCB, which made PF an important variable in understanding students’ outcome in college. These results suggested the importance of school-running characteristics and taking fit into consideration when admitting students.更多还原
