【摘要】 目的探讨高原环境下外周血涂片红细胞形态学检查的临床应用价值。方法选自临床确诊的各种贫血、白血病患者按常规采集外周血涂片、瑞氏染色、油镜﹙10×100倍﹚观察红细胞形态。结果在各种贫血、白血病患者的外周血涂片中观察到20种异常红细胞,结合相应疾病进行分析。结论外周血涂片红细胞形态学检查对各种贫血、白血病的诊断、治疗、预后评估均具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives We assessed clinical practical significance of erythrocytes morphology on blood smear in high altitude. Methods Collecting peripheral blood from patients diagnosed of anemia and leukemia, we observed erythrocytes morphology by blood smearing, Wright’s staining and oil microscope imaging(10×100). Results We found 20 kinds of abnormal erythrocytes in different anemia and leukemia patients and applied it into diagnose. Conclusions Erythrocyte morphology on blood smear has clinically important significance for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of anemia and leukemia.更多还原
