【摘要】 目的 探讨人染色体X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)基因3’非翻译区(3UTR)rs9856位点多态性与中国汉族人群急性胰腺炎遗传易感性之间的关系。方法 采用病例-对照研究,对320例急性胰腺炎患者和320例性别、年龄、籍贯频数与之相匹配的健康对照组的rs9856位点进行基因分型,并统计分析其基因频率分布与急性胰腺炎易感性的关系。结果 发现等位基因比如下:病例组C/T=1.08,对照组C/T=1.51;2组C/T卡方检验P=0.003,差异具有统计学意义。这表明该位点C/T分布在胰腺炎和正常人群中有显著区别;进一步对该位点按照病情严重程度分层分析结果显示,TT型基因与CC型相比对轻症急性胰腺炎的发生具有保护作用[OR=0.59,95%CI=(0.40～0.86),P=0.006]。结论 人染色体XIAP-3’UTR区域rs9856位点多态性与中国汉族人群急性胰腺炎易感性相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between the rs9856 variant polymorphism of human chromosome X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP)-3’UTR and the susceptibility to acute pancreatitis in Han Chinese.Methods 320 acute pancreatitis patients and 320 healthy subjects were enrolled to identify XIAP-3’UTR rs9856genotypes and investigate the relationship between the genetic polymorphism and acute pancreatitis susceptibility.Results The allele ratio of C/T was 1.08 in the patient group,and 1.51 in the control group.According to χ~2 analysis,P=0.003,indicating a significant difference between the two groups.Based on disease severity analysis,TT genotype had a stronger protective effect on slight pancreatitis patients than CC genotype [(OR=0.59,95% CI=(0.40-0.86),P=0.006].Conclusion Rs9856 variant polymorphism of XIAP-3’UTR is correlated with the susceptibility to acute pancreatitis in Han Chinese.更多还原
