【Abstract】 The legislation of administrative accountability is very important to anti-corruption.Based on the analysis of the scientific connotation,basic principle and significance of the legislation of administrative accountability,this article put forward some countermeasures from these aspects:perfecting the legal system of administrative accountability,strengthening the construction of law enforcement system of administrative accountability,and perfecting the relevant legal system of the legislation of administrative accountability,in order to be helpful to comprehensively promoting the legislation of administrative accountability and building an accountable government.更多还原
