【Abstract】 The improvement of resident’s happiness index has positive effect on psychological capital and the coordinated development of a city. This article analyzes a series of measures taken by Langfang city to improve resident’s happiness index, and gives countermeasures to further improve resident’s happiness index, such as optimization city traffic, narrowing the gap between rich and poor and abating city pollution.更多还原
