【摘要】 目的比较口服吗啡片与静脉注射吗啡在重度癌痛治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法 35例重度癌痛患者随机分为口服组(口服盐酸吗啡片)16例和静脉组(静脉推注吗啡)19例。结果口服组滴定疼痛至CR/PR的平均时间明显长于静脉组。2组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论口服及静脉应用吗啡滴定治疗重度癌痛患者疗效显著,安全性高,静脉给药较口服起效更快,缓解疼痛更迅速,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of intravenous injection and oral taken of morphine in the treatment of severe cancer pain.Methods 35 patients with severe cancer pain were randomly divided into oral group(n = 16) and Ⅳ group(n =19).Results The time from start of treatment to achievement of CR/PR in the oral group was significantly longer than that in the Ⅳ group,and there was no significant difference of incidence rate of complications between two groups.Conclusion Both oral taken and intravenous injection of morphine can effectively alleviate severe cancer pain,and compared with oral take,the intravenous injection of morphine is even more effective,so it is worthy of popularization.更多还原
