【摘要】 目的探讨单核细胞蛋白-1(MCP-1)在非肌层浸润和肌层性浸润膀胱癌患者中的表达及其意义。方法将30例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者设为A组,将30例肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者设为B组,另将20例前列腺增生患者设为C组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定3组血浆、尿液中MCP-1浓度,同时对血、尿中MCP-1水平与肿瘤分级分期进行相关性分析。结果 A、B、C组血浆中MCP-1浓度分别为(162±18)、(307.6±23)和(117±12)pg/mL;A、B、C三组尿液中MCP-1浓度分别为(422.5±20.5)、(1 333±200)和(253±43)pg/mL。结论 MCP-1基因表达上调可能与膀胱癌发生、分级分期及肿瘤转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore expression and significance of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) between patients with non-muscle invasive and muscle invasive bladder cancer.Methods 30 patients with non-muscle invasive were designed as group A,30 patients with muscle invasive were designed as group B,and 20 patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland were designed as group C. A ELISA method was used to detect the level of MCP-1 in all the groups,and correlation between level of MCP-1 in urine and tumor classification was analyed. Results The MCP-1 levels of blood in group A,B and C were(162 ± 18),(307. 6 ± 23) and(117 ± 12) pg /mL respectively.The MCP-1 levels of urine in group A,B and C were(422. 5 ± 20. 5),(1 333 ± 200) and(253 ±43) pg /mL respectively. Conclusion High expression of MCP-1 was closely correlated with tumor growth,clinic stage,pathological grade and tumor invasive.更多还原
