【摘要】 目的探讨实施系统化护理干预模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺通气功能及心理状况的影响,从而为该病的临床护理积累经验。方法选取96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,利用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各48例,其中对照组采取常规护理模式,研究组采取系统化护理干预模式。2组患者在干预前和干预后第4周末均接受SDS、SAS问卷调查及肺通气功能检查,记录并比较2组数据。结果 2组干预前肺通气功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组FEVl、FEVl%预测值、FEVl/FVC值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前SAS评分及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病实施系统化护理干预模式不仅能够改善患者肺通气功能,还能减轻患者抑郁及焦虑情绪,有良好的临床效果,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore holistic nursing on the pulmonary ventilation function and psychological status of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and to accumulate experience for the clinical nursing. Methods 96 patients with COPD were equally divided into research group and control group by random number table method. The control group was provided routine nursing while the research group was conducted holistic nursing. The data of questionnaire of SDS,SAS and lung function test in the two groups were recorded and compared before and after fourth weeks of intervention. Results The difference was not statistically significant in pulmonary ventilation function before intervention in the two groups( P > 0. 05). Values of FEVl% and FEVl,FEVl /FVC values,scores of SAS and SDS were lower in research group than that in the control group. It revealed that the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference was not statistically difference in scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups before intervention( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can not only improve pulmonary function of patients with COPD but also reduce their anxiety and depression. So it is worthy of being promoted in clinic.更多还原
