【摘要】 目的总结心内直视手术患者应用体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)的护理经验。方法回顾性分析6例重症心脏病患者行ECMO支持治疗的临床资料,其中重症瓣膜病2例、重症先天性心脏病4例。结果 3例患者康复出院,3例患者死亡。结论 ECMO为重症心脏病患者提供了有效的心脏支持,专业的术后护理可以减少并发症、提高ECMO应用患者的生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing experience of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECOM)foropen-heart surgery patients.Methods The clinical materialsof 6 severe cardiac patients were retrospectively analyzed, among which there were 2 patients with severe valvular heart disease and 4 patients with severe congenital heart diseases. Results There were 3 patients discharged from hospital and other 3 patients died after treatment. Conclusion ECMO can provide effective cardiac support for severe cardiac patients, and it can reduce the complications and improve the survival rate of patients.更多还原
