【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者血清脂联素的变化及其与胰岛素抵抗(IRI)的关系。方法根据HDCP的诊断及分类标准将96例妊娠期妇女分为观察组(HDCP患者)及对照组(正常妊娠者),并将观察组再细分为MPE组和SPE组。分别检测所有妊娠妇女的血清脂联素及胰岛素,并进行对比分析。结果观察组脂联素显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而IRI显著高于对照组(P<0.01);MPE组患者血清脂联素显著高于SPE组患者(P<0.05),IRI显著低于SPE组患者(P<0.01);HDCP组患者脂联素与IRI呈显著负相关(r=-0.18,P<0.01)。结论在HDCP患者中,血清脂联素水平较低者胰岛素抵抗风险增加,而在正常妊娠孕妇中,低脂联素血症孕妇可能有着更高的HDCP及胰岛素抵抗风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss changes of serum adiponectin in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy( HDCP) patients and its relationship with insulin resistance. Methods A total of 96 pregnant women were divided into the HDCP group( observation group) and the normal pregnancy group( control group) according to the HDCP diagnosis and classification criteria,and the observation group were divided into the MPE group and the SPE group,then the serum adiponectin and insulin were detected in all the pregnancy women and the detected results were contrasted and analyzed.Results Serum adiponectin in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 01),but the IRI was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Serum adiponectin in MPE group were significantly lower than that in the SPE group( P < 0. 01),but the IRI was significantly higher than that in the SPE group( P < 0. 01). HDCP adiponectin was negatively correlated with IRI( r =-0. 18,P < 0. 01). Conclusion Patients with lower levels of serum adiponectin have higher risk of insulin resistance. However,the hypoadiponectinemia pregnant women may have a higher risk of HDCP and insulin resistance in normal pregnant women.更多还原
