硫辛酸对早期糖尿病肾病微量白蛋白尿及氧化应激的影响

【摘要】 目的观察硫辛酸对早期糖尿病肾病微量白蛋白尿(mAlb)和氧化应激(OS)的影响。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月在我院内分泌科住院及门诊治疗的2型糖尿病患者52例,随机分为硫辛酸组(25例)和对照组(27例),测定治疗前后24 h尿mAlb、氧化应激标志物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平。结果与治疗前相比,硫辛酸组mAlb水平明显降低(P<0.01),SOD活性明显增高(P<0.01),而对照组mAlb、SOD水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫辛酸能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的OS和mAlb水平,从而保护肾脏功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of thioctic acid on oxidative stress( OS)and microalbuminuria in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 52 type 2 diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into thioctic acid group( n = 25) and control group( n = 27). Maleicdialdehyde( MDA,the marker of OS),superoxide dismutase( SOD)and microalbuminuria levels 24 hours before and after treatment were detected in both groups. Results After treatment,the level of microalbuminuria in thioctic acid group decreased significantly( P < 0.01),and the activity of SOD increased significantly( P < 0. 01). There were no significant differences of microalbuminuria,MDA and SOD levels before and after treatment in control group. Conclusion Thioctic acid can effectively reduce levels of OS and microalbuminuria in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,as a result it can protect the renal function.
