前置门控冠状动脉CTCA低剂量成像技术的应用价值

【摘要】 目的评价前置门控冠状动脉CTCA低剂量成像技术的应用价值。方法对2013年11月~2014年4月拟诊冠心病或支架置入术后复查的120例行CTCA检查的患者,随机分成A、B两组(A组应用前置门控,B组应用回顾性门控),每组60例,对两组的图像进行质量评分,对图像噪声进行比较,对有效辐射剂量进行统计学分析。结果两组图像质量评分及噪声差异无统计学意义,两组辐射剂量有差异显著统计学意义,前置门控组降低了75%的有效辐射剂量。结论前置门控扫描模式在一定心率范围内及心律变异不大时,可以有效降低辐射剂量,获得满意的临床诊断需要的图像质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of pretage gating coronary artery CTCA low dose image formation technology.Methods 120 patients,who suffered from coronary heart disease or were referred to re-examination after coronary stent implantation from November 2013 to April 2014,were subjected to routine CTCA check and,randomly,divided into two groups,group A underwent pretage gating and group B underwent retrospective gating,with 60 cases in each group.The image quality was scored,the image noise was compared,and the effective radiation dose was statistically analysed between the two groups.Results The noise score and image quality scores were no statistical difference between the two groups.Both sets of radiation dosage were shown significant statistical differences,with 75%by reduction in effective radiation dose by front-mounted door control unit.Conclusion Pretage gating scan mode can effectively reduce the radiation dose in a certain range of heart rate and a little change in heart rate variability,which is able to meet the needs of image quality for the diagnosis and clinical needs.
