【摘要】 目的观察联合应用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗微血管心绞痛的临床治疗效果,提供更可靠的药物选择。方法将2009年8月至2013年10月收治的62例微血管心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组患者给予盐酸曲美他嗪20 mg(每天口服3次)、单硝酸异山梨酯60 mg(每天口服1次);对照组患者仅给予单硝酸异山梨酯60 mg(每天口服1次)。观察两组患者治疗2、4周后心绞痛缓解情况。结果治疗组治疗2、4周后有效率[62.5%(20/32)、87.5%(28/32)]明显高于对照组[36.7%(11/30)、53.3%(16/30)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗4周后有效率高于治疗2周后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗微血管心绞痛不良反应少、耐受好,且应用时间越久,疗效越显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine dihydrochloride on microvascular angina to provide reliable reference for drugs selection. Methods A total of 62 patients with microvascular angina from Aug. 2009 to Oct.2013 were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group(32 persons) and the control group(30 persons). The patients in the treatment group were given 20 mg trimetazidine dihydrochloride,three times a day orally and 60 mg isosorbide mononi trate,once a day orally;meanwhile,the control group with 60 mg isosorbide mononitrate only,once per day. It was observed the angi na remission after the 2-week and 4-week treatment respectively. Results The effective rates[62.5%(20/32),87.5%(28/32)]after the 2-week and 4-week treatment respectivelty in the treatment group were significantly than those in the control group[36.7 %(11/30),53.3%(16/30)],whose diference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate after 4-week treatment was higher than that after 2-week treatment with significantly statistical diference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of trimetazidine dihydrochloride combined with isosorbide mononitrate on microvascular anginais has the advantage of less adverse effect,better tolerance as well as the more significant effect it has the longer you taken.更多还原
