【摘要】 目的观察比索洛尔联合坎地沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法选择该院2010年1月至2013年12月诊断为CHF患者136例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各68例。对照组患者常规应用利尿剂、洋地黄制剂等,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上用比索洛尔和坎地沙坦治疗,疗程为6个月。观察两组患者治疗有效率和治疗前后心率、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数和6 min步行距离。结果治疗组总有效率[88.2%(60/68)]明显高于对照组[58.8%(40/68)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善心功能方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的心率、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数和6 min步行距离比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者病死率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论比索洛尔联合坎地沙坦治疗CHF安全有效,可提高运动耐受,降低患者再住院率和病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol combined with candesartan on congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods A total of 136 CHF patients in the hospital were selected from January 2010 to December 2013,and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 68 cases in each group. The control group was conventionally treated with diuretics,digitalis preparation and so on,while the control group was added with bisoprolol and candesartan for treatment on the basis of the control group,6 months as a course. The heart rate,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and 6-minute walking distance in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group [88.2%(60/68)] was obviously higher than that in the control group[58.8%(40/68)] with statistically significant difference(P<0.01). The improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The pairwise comparison between the two groups on heart rate,LVED、LVEF、6-minute walking distance all had statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference between the two groups on death rate(P<0.01);there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion The combination of bisoprolol and candesartan is a safe and effective method for CHF,which can improve exercise tolerance,reduce hospitalization rate and death rate.更多还原
