【摘要】 目的初步分析和探讨功能性胃肠病患者的就诊及诊治情况,以期对中医药在功能性胃肠病的临床应用奠定基础。方法对2012年1月至2013年11月就诊的胃肠疾病患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果功能性胃肠病在胃肠疾病患者中所占比率达59.91%(517/863),女性多于男性,30岁以上发病率明显增多,中医分型以脾胃虚弱者居多[39.85%(206/517)]。结论功能性胃肠病在中医院就诊率高,性别及年龄与功能性胃肠病密切相关,中医与西医诊断具有相似性,中医辨证对个体化治疗具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the diagnosis and treatment of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases(FGIDs) preliminarily,so as to lay the foundation for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in FGIDs.Methods Clinical data of patients with gastrointestinal diseases from January 2012 to November 2013 were analyzed statistically.Results The FGIDs reached 59.91%(517/863),and the female was more than the male. The incidence rate increased signifi cantly in people over 30 years old. The weakness of spleen and stomach was the most common in TCM types[39.85%(206/517)].Conclusion The consultation rate of patients with FGIDs in TCM hospital is high;gender and age are closely related to FGIDs. The TCM diagnosis and Western medicine diagnosis have similarity. TCM differentiation has important significance for individualized treatment.更多还原
