【摘要】 目的分析骨宝口服液联合鲑鱼降钙素注射液(密盖息注射液)对原发性骨质疏松症的治疗效果。方法将2010年9月至2012年9月120例原发性骨质疏松症患者分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组给予骨宝口服液和密盖息注射液联合治疗,对照组给予密盖息注射液治疗,疗程均为3个月,观察比较两组患者骨密度的变化和临床疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率[95.0%(57/60)]高于对照组[83.3%(50/60)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后骨密度值均有所升高,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨宝口服液联合密盖息注射液对原发性骨质疏松症患者治疗效果较佳,且无明显不良反应,值得临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of bone treasure oral liquid combined with salmon calcitonin see calcimar injection(Miacalcic injection) in treating primary osteoporosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with primry osteoporosis,who were hospitalized in Foshan Hospital of TCM from September 2010 to September 2012,were divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with bone treasure oral liquid combined with Miacalcic injection,while the control group was treated with Miacalcic injection. The treatment course in both groups was 3 months.The clinical effect and changes of bone mineral density(BMD) of patients in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 95.0%(57/60) in the treatment group,which was not higher than that in the control group 83.3%(50/60),the differ ence between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). BMD increased in both groups,but the treatment group was higher than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Bone treasure oral liquid combined with Miacalcic injection has good therapeutic effects for primary osteoporosis with little adverse reaction,and it is worthy application as clinical reference.更多还原
