【摘要】 目的探讨四川省南充市嘉陵区龙桥乡留守老人心理健康状况及其影响因素,增强社会对留守老人的关注。方法通过走访及问卷调查四川省南充市嘉陵区龙桥乡留守老人123例,统计分析90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分,并与2006年全国常模进行比较,对留守老人心理健康状况进行评估;通过统计分析基础信息问卷结果,对留守老人基本情况及生活烦恼进行评估,并分析其对心理健康状况的影响。结果四川省南充市嘉陵区龙桥乡留守老人SCL-90评分总体高于全国常模,不同性别、年龄、居住情况、生活烦恼种类及数量的留守老人心理健康状况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该地留守老人心理健康水平总体较差,性别、年龄、居住情况、生活烦恼种类及数量对留守老人心理健康有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of local left-behind old people in Longqiao village at Jialing district of Nanchong,so as to strengthen the focus on the left-behind elderly from society. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on symptom check-list 90(SCL-90) scores by investigating 123 left-behind old people in Longqiao village at Jialing district of Nanchong through interview and questionnaires,the results were compared with the national norm to evaluate the mental health status of left-behind old people. To evaluate the basic information and life troubles of the left-behind elderly by statistical analysis of questionnaires,and to analyze their influence on mental condition. Results The SCL-90 scores of the left-behind elderly in Longqiao villages at Jialing district of Nanchong were generally higher than the national norm,and the comparison of mental status of the elderly on gender,age,living conditions,types and volume of life troubles had statistically sig nificant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The overall levels of mental health of the left-behind elderly in the area are poor,and the gender,age,living conditions,types and volume of life troubles have an effect on their mental health.更多还原
